No, LA was the first. (actually, L.A. was the first in 1932, about $1 million dollars. No other city after that made a profit until it was back in L.A. in '84)

Seoul, Barcelona, Atlanta and Beijing all made profit. With the caveat that you can probably point to a whole lot of other costs that may or may not outweight he profit on paper, depending on how you interpret things.
