Just to be clear, those emails were forwarded to MousePlanet by Disneyland's Media Relations department--we didn't hack their mail server or anything like that...

Yes, though the big news when he was hired was that he started polling people heavily and was surprised to find that the older rides like Pirates got the highest approval ratings. What did he do with this info? Well, the movie Pirates makeover was done, and I believe the awful Mansion bride "upgrade" happened while he was in office as well.

I really don't know how involved he was in the process of these changes but still, I'm not going to kiss his feet and say how great he was if some serious things went wrong while he was there.
