Well, Susan IS a Domestic Goddess and I mean this as the highest compliment, the little bit of her cooking I've been able to sample. A level I can aspire to, but will never quite reach, let alone surpass.

The mousse has set nicely, just waiting for it to be completely cool as my after dinner treat tonight.
