Recently, there was some minor chatter on LoT about fedoras - it may even have been here in good 'ol "Soooo ..."

Anyway, I was encouraged to obtain and wear a fedora, and I have done just that. Last night, I wore it as I serenaded my partying co-workers.

Here I am workin' a rendition of the Joe Jackson classic "Is She Really Going Out With Him?" I also sang, I kid you not, "Sodomy" from Hair. Hey, it was in the karaoke machine. I was as surprised as everyone else.

Anyway, I hope people like the fedora. For now, it's staying on my pointy little head.

It is snowing at my house. It doesn't stick, but the snowflakes look beautiful falling from the sky.

Sigh, it's raining.

Normally I love rain, but right now I have a lot of work to do at home that involves working in, and going back and forth from, the garage. And rain is just going to hinder that. On the plus side, I've finished the construction phase of the closet organizer cabinet for the nursery. Now I just have to clean up the garage from that so I can temporarily store all of the fabulous gifts we've received in there while I prep and pain the nursery. Then install the cabinet into the closet, paint the cabinet, and finally install the rest of the closet shelving. That's "all" I have left to do!
