I don't know why EVERY household doesn't adopt the standard we have: put the LID down when done.

We do it because of the cats, but it also has the added benefit of being equally inconvenient for everyone, regardless of whether they have indoor or outdoor plumbing. That and it just seems a little more couth.

I think Eric is more motivated by not harming kitties than he is out of concern for us females. Of course, we outnumber him 3-1.

I was outnumbered 5:1 growing up: four older sisters and Mom.

Learned what tampons and sanitary pads were at far too young of an age.

Another note to women: don't ask a 12-year-old boy to run to the store to buy your femine products; it will mortify him!!!
