LoT Pub Crawl-A-Rama

Last night I went to Malarky's Irish Pub in Newport Beach. It's a great place that I haven't been to in years. Very cozy and packed! Drinks are a little expensive but well worth it. My girlfriend and I met lots of nice fun men to flirt with and buy us drinks. We ended up closing the place down. Now I'm paying for it at work!

Off to Phoenix for the weekend. I'm sure I'll have a new story to report.

I 'had' to go to the French Market this afternoon to get some alligator jerky for my nephews that I'm visiting next week - and as I was leaving (successfully, by the way!) I see Margaritaville, and decided I needed to have a Margarita. Even though it was cool in there, I didn't really feel like staying, so I got a Raspberry 'Rita in a go cup and was on my way back towards my car, fighting the crowds and heat, sipping on the refreshing concoction of tequila and raspberry liquor.

I was GOING to get myself a Pimms cup from Napoleon House, but I saw Margaritaville first and it was blasted hot out (even though the Pimms cup is very refreshing).

Drice, that is so swanky!

I went to Phoenix over the weekend to celebrate my friend's impending divorce. We went to "Fat Tuesday" in downtown Phoenix. Now, if you've never been Fat Tuesday is also located in Vegas in the MGM, Caesars & the Aladdin. I highly recommend it. It's basically a bar with blended drinks that taste like slurpies. Mmmmm Mmm good!

Afterwards, we headed to a club called the "Owl's Nest". Located on the third floor above Hooters, it had a very swanky club/bar including a really great patio area that over looks the whole town. If it wasn't 1000 degrees outside I would have enjoyed the patio much more. Very cosy place with an interesting crowd!
