Love it! I just replaced my HP all-in-one at home (scanner stopped working) with a Canon all-in-one. HP can suck it. I love the Canon so far. But it does do that robot humping noise each time it's "warming up" to print. And those robots go at it for about 30 seconds before finally printing something.

And the IT guys just (a couple hours ago) replaced the HP all-in-one in our office (fax stopped working...scanner stopped long ago) with a Brother all-in-one. We'll see how long this one lasts.

My view of all-in-ones is that they do everything poorly. Though my canon photo printer is the best I've had at scanning and copying. Still restrict it 95% to photo printing, though, which is what it is best at.

That's why you buy things at Costco. Well out of manufacturers warranty but barely a year old. I took it back with box and receipt, told them I did all the tech support things and it wouldn't do anything. I asked if they had a repair center and she said no, store credit go pick out a new one.
