Sorting through clothes that no longer fit makes me cranky. So, day one of eating better at dinner is:

Sauteed pink snapper and baby bok choy (in a marinade of soy sauce, ponzu, hoisin sauce, garlic, and a little sugar) over a brown rice medley.

Since tonight is our 12th Wedding Anniversary we decided on a Seafood Entree....White Roughy along with a Sauce from a Disneyland Tahitian Terrace recipe I found. Served with Steamed Mushrooms and Sugar Snap Peas, Baked Potatoes with all the goodies and Crescent Rolls.

The Wolfette is having Top Ramen....teenagers have no taste at all when it comes to good food!

Tonight will be some catfish breaded with pine nuts and parmesan cheese. With leftover pasta with roasted butternut squash, bacon, and onion. and cheese.

We ate a late lunch of fried chicken. Yum.

We pretty much grazed on junk food all day- chips and southwestern ranch dip, bbq chicken pizza- some chicken fajita wrap thing that was super good at some point.
