We've got an apartment size fridge at work that they are trying to get rid of. The price is right, free. But you'd have to come pick it up (Orange County)
If the landlord did not supply the refrigerator, he's not required to maintain it. |

Have you checked the all the basics?
Is the condenser dirty? Is there ice buildup on the freezer evaporator cover? Are the doors sealing tight when they close? |

Damn, I wish I was closer. I still have my fridge from when I had to buy one there in SoCal and it's just sitting in my garage.
I don't really understand that standard practice of not supplying them in SoCal apartments. It's like not supplying a stove. |
