I knew someone that had the same thing happen (except it didn't dislodge by itself). I have always hated fish with bones for this reason.

It was a fillet, it wasn't supposed to have bones. But sometimes they slip by. I actually found 2 bones in another piece while prepping, but I missed that one. I'd never make it on Top Chef.
