So one place suggested using candles - which made me wonder how much greenhouse gas that produces compared to a compact florescent bulb. Which then makes me wonder why they didn't target an hour of peak electrical usage - of course that would be during the day so you couldn't take a walk and pass judgement on your neighbors or have cool moment of solidarity shooting out street lamps.
