Yuck.

Smoothies and anything that can be sucked through a straw would seem to be best. I have never knocked any of my own teeth out but have had a few players catch elbows, but there was never an issue of not finding the teeth.

I do know a couple guys with bridges - would seem like that's what would make the most sense, but I'm sure not a dentist.
