I'm sorry to hear about that. I would guess implants, but I don't know since his mouth and jaw might still be growing and shifting. Ask lots of questions, and good luck.

Ouch! Sorry to hear this!

I knew someone who did this (off the bike right into the curb!

). They put the teeth in and they didn't keep for whatever reason. Then he got a bridge. Not the worse thing, but may need to be replaced/fixed once or twice in a lifetime. Good luck!

After he gets new teeth, perhaps training wheels might be in order...

I agree - this is his 2nd bike accident in as many years. Last time, without a helmet, he went to the ER in an ambulance. At least this time he was wearing a helmet.
