As many may know, John Wooden is in "grave" condition at UCLA. Sadly, we'll probably be seeing his name (again) in this thread soon.

I just heard from someone that the Washington Post had announced that he HAD died, but they quickly retracted it. They were probably confused with:

John R. Wooden Award founder dies at 93
