I'm going with the inflatable pool float idea. It's cheap, it packs small, and if need be, it could be tossed (though I'm cheap, so I'd probably hang on to it)

Okay, I have a question.

Timon lot will be open all night to accomodate the DCA campout.
What if one plans on going to the park on the 16th, staying until closing, and waiting for the DCA campout without going home?

Where would such a person park on the 16th when they arrive?
Will an exception for over-night parking be made for Mickey and Friends?

Hmm. In order to put the chair into a locker, you'd have to go outside the Esplanade to the Picnic Area. I don't think you'd be able to do that and get back in line.

This kind of question merits a call to Disney. Although I suspect that they won't allow overnight parking.

I'm sure they'll try to discourage it (makes parking in the AM more difficult), but if enough folks do it, I doubt they can prevent it.

Oh, I'm trying to see if I can move my work hours around so I start about 10. Thus, only staying in the park for about an hour. (This just screams geek, doesn't it?) Then in the evening, I'm going to L.A. to see Wicked.

If I can't get work moved around, I may not be staying for Sunday. But, either way I fully plan on being on Main Street Saturday at midnight, so I can technically say I was there on the 17th.

We're going to try to be at the Esplanade at 2am. We don't really want to but I suppose it is better to be safe than sorry. Plus, this may be the best time to purchase our blockout tickets.
