Need ideas for setting up work contest

Instead of accumulating points, perhaps you can just have a running ratio total? When sales come in, adjust the ratio as needed. Think pie chart, not bar graph. People may have low ratios to start and make it up later.

This is the same conclusion I came to. The question is how to theme that idea to a race of some sort. Hmmm... Or I as I said - I could try a different theme I suppose... but that would also mean telling my boss that what she wants can't be done. (I am open to a new theme though if anyone has a clever idea to share )
