No luck with the neighbors. My mom said she would give Sizzles a home. My neice (that lives with her) has a cat that my mom calls Sparkles (my neice calls her Destiny, which is a horrible name for a cat if you ask me) so they will have Sparkles and Sizzles. I think that's cute. I'll take a pic today to post. She really is a pretty cat.

Happy kitty to have a rescuer! And a home!
We have two stray cats that are now tamed. One hadn't been out alone for long, the other one seems to have been lost for some time. That one was HellKitty. I took her to the vet thinking she was going to need the shots they get at 8 weeks, because that's the size she was, and the vet told me she's nearly 6 months old based on her teeth. Dang. Introducing cats to dogs is an interesting prospect but can be done. Maybe Karma won't deal with it, but other dogs can. Our dogs are used to the cats, but will still chase them occasionally if they get bored. The cats know the game. My cat even hisses and swipes at the dogs sometimes if she's cranky but I've never seen her damage either one. |
