Not for dinner - but I cooked it: Yesterday I made peanut butter cookies with bacon on top. Everyone asked why I made them. I made 2 dozen and got 2 of them (in a house of 4 people). I think that answers the questions.
Tonight we are having chicken wings, chicken strips, curly fries, and salad. I'm having strips because I prefer without the bone but I'll make them in a hot wing sauce. Meanwhile, the rest of the family prefers wings but with bbq sauce instead. It's an easy dinner to make and no one complains when I make it. for the chicken wings, I dry them, salt and pepper and flour them, put them on a baking sheet with foil sprayed heavily with non stick spray ( I can't seem to find the non stick foil anymore) and cook them for about 50 minutes or so at 450 turning half way through. I sauce them up about 10 minutes before they are done.

To leftover spaghetti, add
1 teaspoon brown sugar 1 teaspoon chili powder 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper and a green pepper, chopped maybe a can of petite diced tomatoes as much shredded cheese (cheddar, jack, mozzarella, whatever you like) on top Shazzzam! Baked spaghetti.
