We went to see two friends in a drag show last night, which also featured burlesque dancers. Our favorite did a gold-mining number, which began with the recorded spiel for Big Thunder Mountain, which ends "...wildest ride in the wilderness." Not only was her dancing terrific, I was so tickled by the fact that she was doing a Disneyland-ish striptease that I thought I might be hallucinating.
Which leads me to the realization that a full Disneyland-themed burlesque show would be FANTASTIC. |
