When Facebook launches a search engine I'll be a bit more concerned.

Google+ wants to gather as much information as possible about me in order to pimp it out to corporations.

Facebook wants to gather as much information as possible about me in order to pimp it out to corporations and share it with my mother, brother, relatives, friends, etc...

To me that makes one annoying and the other inherently evil.
