Oh, how I wish I had been able to capture a picture of this.

You know how you will sometimes see people walking the streets/mall/etc. wearing a painter's mask? I believe it started after the SARS scare. Sample:



Well today, I saw a woman (not the one in the picture above) wearing one of these masks.

Except she had it pulled down to her chin...

I believe the practice is to wear the mask when one is sick to prevent the spread of the disease one has rather than to prevent catching something.
