This weekend I filled chicken cutlets with ham and fresh proscuitto wrapped mozzarella, rolled them up and then......wrapped bacon around them! The boy and I thought they were divine!

I don't think I was influential about bacon on Kraut. I'm jealous. However, my score has been going steadily up over the past few days. I don't know what that means, but it seems good.
