omg! I just convinced one of the most contrary, self absorbed people Ive ever had to work with in my entire 30+ year career, that Im right and their way isnt in fact the best way to proceed. not to mention, I did so without actually resorting to felony assault
I hope my user departments appreciate the amount of 773H-on-Earth I just saved them from
