My friend S knows one of my other friends through the Tin. It was really weird seeing them posting on his page.

The person they gave me to send to - is based in Gotheberg, Sweden - where my family in Sweden is- and she works with my second cousin!

I signed up for the Yahoo thing. Second person in the chain (or third if you count me) is in the same field and state as the recipient.

I assume I'll be told if the recipient receives it?

My friend list is haphazard rather than exclusive. I'm just not that into FB.

One of my few FB friends is an Old School MousePadder living in my former stomping grounds, Palo Alto. Through her, I reconnected with the brother of a friend from elementary school. We're talking 45 years ago, people.

I finally got in last night. The person it gave me is someone in Budapest, so I selected a friend who just returned from a year of traveling the world, seemed my closest link to Budapest. He sent it on to someone in Prague.
