Helium is cryogenically distilled out of natural gas, but it might be easier to pick up a small canister of it from your local Walmart or party store. You also have the option of bringing the balloon into a party store, hallmark, or grocery store that does them and have it filled there.

Get a tank for the next LoT party, and 30 of you can fill your Bruces or Nemos !! That would be a sight to see !!

....either that or fill one or two Bruces and Nemos and the rest of you talk funny.
