				            | I grew tomatoes! (I know, not a phenomenal achievement for anybody but the Plant Killah) Now I need to some up with something really tasty to do with them before they rot on the vine...

Cut up in a bowl, maybe with an avocado, cut up; salt and pepper. Caprese: tomato slices, cheese slices, and a little bit of olive oil and some basil. Topping on anything Mexican or Mexican-inspired. Guacamole.

				            | My main veggie garden is tomatos and basil. Some days I'll just go out and pick a cherry tomato and a basil leaf, wrap the leaf around the tomato and pop it in my mouth. That's what summer tastes like! Yum!!

Put in food processor with a bunch of cilantro, some lime juice and salt and whirl it up until it's salsa consistency. Best salsa ever.
