The Drive-In... Do you still go?

The only times I've been to a drive-in were during the day (flea market). That was up north--I've never seen a movie at a drive-in. It sounds cold. Or maybe buggy.

Here's something I've never understood--how do you see the screen from inside the car? Wouldn't you need to be in a convertible to see those giant screens? Cause they'd be above you, right? When I sit in a movie theater, I'm looking kindof up, and in my car, if I look that angle, I'd see sun visor, not window.
