Doctor visit (first in 5 years, my bad) yielded the following info: BP 125 over 75 and 8 lbs lighter. The downward trend continues. Hooray.

This happiness my be revised once the bloodwork comes back if there's anything lousy to report.

We took half a Ton of stuff from the garage to the waste management centre today. Took two loads and nearly $90 in tip fees, but it was worth it. I feel lighter.
