Downloading music
Ok, 4 years after This thread what do you think? I've only used iTunes for my limited amount of music download for my kid's iPods, and I want to download single songs from a bunch of artists for a CD I want to put together. It's been a while since I've done any of this, and at the time I couldn't burn them to a CD. So, is Amazon a better way to go, or is there better choices now?

Depends.
Are you picky about your audio quality? Can you tell the difference between a raw wave file and a 128Kbps sampled MP3? If not, go with whatever gets you the tracks you want the cheapest. Amazon, itunes, whatever. They're all easy to use, itunes is DRM free now. It really doesn't matter. If you are an audiophile that can't live without the absolute best quality digital file, you'll have to do more research.
