I wonder if the screaming lady was with the drunk guy. Would certainly explain why he got drunk. I would, too, if I was married to her. She annoyed me while I watched, screaming " somebody do something" while herself doing nothing.

Good job on the part of the CMs. Keeping people away from him, trying to control him.

Obviously she was unable to help lest she risk spilling the beer she was carrying.

From a situation control point of view, the "security" CM was pretty much a text book example of how NOT to deal with a drunk. Once you have made the decision to use physical force (pepper spray) you don't give the perp time to shake it off and stand back up. Hit him again, cuff him, whatever. Backup had plenty of time to arrive, where were they? From the news report the guests were still restraining the guy when the local police showed up.

Yeah, I saw that. Sprayed the guy, and let him sit there and did nothing so he had a chance to get back up. Glad the guests were able to get him pinned!
