I'm in the middle of completely remodeling my kitchen, so I was in the back yard making breakfast using the side burner on my gas Bar-B-Q (try that on your charcoal grills! ). As I was frying the bacon in the cool, crisp morning air, I was instantly transported back to my childhood when I would wake to the wonderfull aroma of pine forests, fresh mountain air, and BACON!
