Overhauling an Amusement Park's Multi-Zone Audio Player?

I'm looking for a reliable car for my family. There are eight of us and we are all over six feet tall (and must be seated comfortably). The car needs to get 100 MPG (or better) and be able to do zero-60 in under five seconds.

I only have a budget of $100.
