We keep a running list of things our cat Greta enjoys on TV. Here is the current tally:

The Puppy Bowl
Professional tennis
Any and all versions of The Nutcracker
The animated birds in Rio (she trills/chirps at them like she does for real birds)
Cats in any form, especially My Cat From Hell
The Fabulous Baker Boys
Miike's gory film Audition
Any and all westerns

GD's story reminds me of a little girl that Susan used to watch. We had just picked her up and were driving her to our place.

Susan: We're going to have meatballs for dinner
Girl: I don't like meatballs!
Me: How about balls of meat?
Girl: Okay!

Apparently being busy with work for a week straight means a lot of stuff builds up here at home to do. Laundry and dishes come to mind. And lawn-mowing.

But the Olympics are on! I can't be expected to do house stuff with so many HOURS of Olympic coverage!!!!
