Kind of nice that it looks like there will be a possibility for two different "<mode of transportation> Series"

I'll root for A's-Giants. Moonliner can root for Orioles-Nationals. Fox can root for "Please god let it at least include the Yankees."

A Nat's/Orioles World Series would lead credence to the Mayan 2012 end of days prophecy. After all if one impossible thing can happen why not two?

Whoever is playing the Nationals, I did manage to score a set of tickets for the second home game of the NLDS. Hopefully they will need to play that game.
