Both weekends sound awesome - good for you!

I was wondering: are there ever dances over at the Casino on Catalina? They held huge dances there in the 40's and it is a georgeous location.

There used to be a swing dance camp on Catalina every year which included dancing in the Casino. Now there are a couple of small events every year but I've never been. I've heard it's a wonderful place to dance.

Yay, I'm down 9lbs since January, that includes the 4lbs my doctor was so intent on bitching about. He was right, of course, it was the spur that got me off my considerable butt and back into the gym on a regular basis. So, yay!
