Also, don't forget "How Dry I Am" - I couldn't find a really good slurred trumpet version, sorry.

Your link is blocked in the USA. I couldn't find a good version either which is why it's not in there. It's a major omission and I'm going to keep looking. The Allan Sherman one is just annoying. Apologies to his fans, but seriously, ugh.
