I don't know. A guy spending that much time blowing the heads off women seems like someone with issues. On a TV procedural, when the police came across those videos they'd be all like "ah yes, of course this guy is our serial killer."

But then he'd have an alibi and they'd spend the next 30 minutes chasing other people before they figured out his alibi was total bs.
