Museum priority for me is V&A, Tate Modern, British.
Plan time to just wander Hyde Park. Go see if the blue c0ck is still erect in Trafalgar Square by the time you get there. Have a curry. Definitely run around doing an Austin Powers impersonation at any opportunity. The locals LOVE that.
