				            | I don't think wearing a baseball team's jersey or cap qualifies as Cos Playing because you're not pretending to be a character.  I think that's true even if the jersey has a particular player's name or number on it.  The baseball fandom is more team loyalty driven.  Wearing a jersey is just like waving a flag. Football, basketball, soccer, the thing on the ice that used to matter: they're all more superstar driven, so I can see a Cos Play element in jersey wearing with those sports. I would add that baseball is more of a regular guy sort of sport. The superstars don't come of as having super powers. I could wear a Pablo Sandoval jersey without feeling as gosh darn ridiculous--not to mention a little gay--as I would if I wore a Colin Kaepernick jersey.
