It's in a New Urbanism neighborhood: tiny yards, narrow streets, highly walkable, lots of greenspace. The houses are all "indigenous", meaning here Usonian, Craftsman, Prairie, Bungalow. An enormous change for us but it will be a good one.

Yeah, for what these houses cost here, in Palo Alto you can get Sears to put up a toolshed.
