We wished we'd packed more shorts. Then again, it was 92 when we went.

You MUST go to the magic show. There was one evening show and one mid-day show on Saturday. Trust me. It was amazing. And the magician is actually a really nice guy. Go early and get a good seat. I think they may be the only shows that are one-time-only events -- not twice a night like the rest. Sight lines suck from the balcony -- you want to be on the floor.

Hi all! Posting from the Internet Cafe, and viewing some lovely glaciers as well. The cruise has been great so far- we've hit Juneau (rainy), Skagway (blustery) and are now in Glacier Bay. Tori is in the Kids Crew group (yeah!) and is having a blast. We did not bring toomany shorts, and I'm glad- it's only about 55 or so every day.

We saw the magic show, and have met the magician several times via interactions with his cute little girl and Tori. Very nice family, and very precocious little girl they have! (She's nearly five-going on fifteen...). Spent some time in the casino last night- still own our house, but didn't exactly win ****. (Ohh- I did get a lovely keychain, though. Only cost me about twenty bucks). This is my first time on the comp, as it is a bit expensive, but so far it seems pretty speedy. Going through LoT withdrawels and miss talking to you all- hope everyone is doing well and wilol try and check back later!

(PS-Prudence, did you amass a new set of drink glasses as well? So far we have about six of the mid-size glass keepers).

Is that one of the blue or green die keychains from the token sliding machine that I'm sure has a name? We have quite the collection of those.

No drink glasses for us. We did go through 2 bottles of wine, which for us is a lot. And I had one drink later, but not in a fancy glass.

But did you get the monkey head? That's the important question!

The Monkey Head? Nevermind- just checked with Erckle and he said that was the Colada-y looking drink that I abstained from. Didn't realise it was a monkey head, though...might have got it had I known. (And sent it air-mail to €uro).

We caught an earlier stand-by flight and were home by early this evening. I'll post more as soon as I get the pics loaded, etc, but we had really a fabulous time and even managed to capture a few cruisy-swanky pics for posterity.
