Many Cities have a Mardi Gras, but none will ever rival NOLA. Even now. Texas has HUGE parties in Galveston and South Padre island. The SPI party is a bit Adult in nature though
 Nothing will ever cmpare to the NOLA Mardi Gras though... Certain things are just magic in certain towns.
