Anyone in OC catch the lightning last night, around 9:30? Oh...my...god.

Oh yeah, we caught it big time. We don't have a great view of the sky from our apartment and we sure weren't going to venture out to an open space to watch it, but what we did see was very impressive. We had a few friends over and were all doing the whole "Poltergeist" thing (One-one thousand, two-one thousand) and waiting for the tree to come in and grab us. After one particular flash, we didn't even have time to start counting before the whole place literally shook from the thunderclap. It was too close for comfort.

That lightening was the most impressive I've ever seen out here. We had a great vantage point from the freeway.
