Clap Your Hands Say Yeah

We're still working our way through these but, so far, I'm LOVING the Ladytron CD. GREAT sounds. Sort of dancable, industrial, reminds me a bit of Ultravox in John Fox days with female vocals.

Gram Rabbit is so wonderful and I can't wait to become more familiar with their second album. It was great upon first listen.

Niko Case was a chance buy. But, we listened last night while reading in bed and I love the sound and feel of the album. There's a bit of a solid, old-style country flair but there's a lot more intensity and flavor. I really like it.

Daft Punk collection is a GREAT collection of some of their best music. It's a powerful CD meant to be played loud. But, NOTHING will match their spectacular performance at Coachella. But, if you are a fan, you MUST get this CD.

They only have one - their self titled debut. It's good. Strains of Talking Heads.

I didn't think they released another one. I love that album. Very mesmerizing.

I really want the She Wants Revenge album.

I need to work my way through and be happy with the rest of the music I aquired last year. I can't afford a music habit with my hockey habit right now.

Ooo! That is on sale right now at Circuit City {I saw the ad on line...not the paper one...} for $7.99 {I think, not $8.99} It is a great cd. Oh man, I love it. I actually came on her to post about it.

I've been enjoying that one as well as the WolfMother cd. {that is on sale, too, a bit of harder rock, read the description, a bit of Black Sabbath meets Robert Plant it is awesome!!!}

I picked up the new Tool and PJ. While I enjoy them I DIG the other two, SWR being #1.

Actually, I won tickets to the X-Fest concert down here 'cause I want to see SWR. I thought I had seen WolfMother was also going to be there but now I don't see their name on the list.

Oh, and is anyone going to see the Foo Fighters accoustic tour? I am jazzed to say I got tickets to that! Missed out on the RHCP tickets 'cause my old computer screwed me.

Oh, that is another cd I am enjoying a lot. 'Dani California' is great {the video too} and that cd {it is a dual disc} is my fav so far.

Funny timing as I was just perusing iTunes and stumbled onto Richard Cheese. As I type this I am downloading The Sunny Side of the Moon - The Best of Richard Cheese.

I love Hayseed Dixie - been mixing them and Hardcore Devo, along with the usual audio assault of The Egg, KISS, and Pink Floyd.

I can't believe it took Kevy Baby so long to discover Richard Cheese - you gotta hear his versions of 'Rape Me' and 'Holiday in Cambodia'.
