Spaghetti with Vodka Sauce.

Ingredients:
1 lb spaghetti (or angel hair pasta if preferred)
Salt water for boiling
Bottle of Vodka.
wedge of lemon.

Method.

• Open the vodka and try about 2 oz just to make sure the quality is OK.
• put the cpaa on the bottle and get out a saucepan, Fitl it with water and add salt to taste. Bring to boil.
• whiel the salt is boiling, taste another 3-4 ounces of the vokda. yourll looking for a slight lemony tates to it. If the re ibsnt add a squoosh of lenom.
• bie noww the darn water should be bolling byt if it ibsnt hadv amuvva nip just to taischt the godness and help the time fass paster.
• hrow the pisgetti in the watr and lie on the floor for abbot 13 muniuts untibl the pahratster is all dented. Iffg the time seems loke itz draging yoo no whaht to bdo...
• drain the caster in a polander, poor the ramaibd, te mrnaiging, the ramenai, the rest of the vodkwer into then b bowel, stire b it ibout and serbv it with sum faba beens and a neis key auntie.
