Camping Out for "Leap Year" Rose Parade

I learned this morning that the last time it rained on the Rose Parade 51 years ago was the last (and only other time) that a Supreme Court Justice was Grand Marshal (Earl Warren in 1955). I would say that should put an end to Justices (Justi?) as Grand Marshal!

Also, this year was the first time that a female has been the President of the Tournament of Roses. I just mention that in case anybody was feeling sexist and wanted to comment.
