I wouldn't buy a "full-size" teddy bear for a grown woman unless she were a plush collector. Bulky and takes up space.

I've gotten my share of adorable plush and I love it. But they're all beany baby size. Bigger stuff is just a pain.

I agree with this. I do have a more than abundant supply of plush for a 35+ woman, but I'm very particular and I would be willing to bet that most women my age are as well.

I like the pajama idea as well, if you think you can find something she'd like...

I have no real good ideas... I'm such a sappy romantic anything I say could sound silly.
