I’m back to enjoying Sauvignon Blanc at the moment. I was drinking quite a bit of Pinot Gris, but it’s really trendy here now and the prices have gone way up as a result, even for the not so great stuff
Red-wise, I really like Pinot Noir. Again, it’s not cheap, but I love it. A nice Cabernet sauvignon is also yummy. We have some great vineyards here in NZ, but I also enjoy Australian wine, and trying stuff in Italy and Spain last year was fun

Wine!!!
Red- I like Merlot, Zinfandel, and Shiraz.
White- anything but Chardonnay. I like the dessert wines, though Pinot Grigio is yummy, and I like a lot of the Rieslings. For the undecided, I might suggest a White Merlot. It's not as dark as a regular red, but has some color to it. Looks great in a glass and tastes pretty good. I tried it on a whim, and turns out to be a good experiment. I think I got it at Trader Joe's. **hugs** -kerry |
