As long as it remains wheelchair inaccessible (and there really is no room for a wheelchair ramp) I doubt they will ever reuse that space. I am just surprised that they have yet to tear it all out.

(I can not use contractions since my apostrophe key just went weird all of a sudden.)

It could have been some kind of CM retirement party or something. That would be my guess.
