He says he wasn't the one driving. The driver, Dietrich the German, ran off into the hills after the crash because he was afraid. The police think he's lying and they also seem to think alcohol was involved.

I bet Ferrari is cheering the performance of the car in a crash- guy crashes at over 100MPH and walks away with a split lip? Car's built to protect the driver.

Poor car. Sacrificed itself for its owner's safety.
